Our amazing notetaker Barb was busy living it up at QuiltCon, so sorry the notes aren't as lovely as usual! Can't wait to hear from our friends that attended how it went!
Joanne Lester from the James Stitching Sisters was our powerful guest speaker. Everyone was moved by the amazing stories she shared and the amazing number of quilts that this group have made! Lots of folks took quilt kits to make a quilt to donate to the project and if you would like to get one too, let us know.
The James Stitching Sisters Annual Quilting Day is April 6, 2013, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m at the Bethel United Methodist Church, 1220 Bethel Road, Columbus 43220. Madrona Road Challenge projects are due for our April Meeting - April 18th. We'll have a reveal and a little voting with some prizes!
